About
Location: UK – able to commute to Central London office at least one day per week
Reports to: Communications Director, Count Us In
About the role: We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes football culture and knows how to tell a good story online. You’ll help us use football’s global reach to inspire climate action by creating content that feels fresh, fan‑first, and emotionally resonant.
You’ll plan and post social and digital content, work with players and clubs, brief creators, and keep everything running smoothly across our busy campaigns. To achieve this you’ll join a small, creative team that works flexibly across markets like the UK, Brazil, and beyond.
If you’ve got most of what’s listed below – and the curiosity and drive to learn the rest – we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Help shape and run digital campaigns for Green Football, Earth FC and an upcoming World Cup‑focused campaign
Write and post across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Come up with ideas that bring our message to life for fans and communities
Collaborate with creators, players, and club partners to make stories worth sharing
Track what’s working, learn from it, and keep improving
Support with comms materials and managing relationships with production partners
Work in a fast‑paced environment, working autonomously and collaboratively
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years experience in social, content, or comms
A real feel for football culture and online trends and passion for the game.
Ability to deliver excellent creative content from start to finish including managing external support (e.g video makers)
Strong writing skills and a good creative eye with an understanding of original excellence.
Confidence juggling projects and people
Curiosity, motivation, and consistency – the rest can be learned
Imagination and bravery to say your ideas out loud.
Why it matters Our campaigns bring together fans, players, clubs, and broadcasters to protect the pitches, people, and places that make the game possible. Football has the power to unite the world – now it’s being used to protect it, too.
What We Offer
A front‑row seat to football culture – collaborating with clubs, players, creators and major broadcasters on campaigns seen by millions.
High‑visibility work across international markets, including the UK, Brazil, and beyond.
A values‑driven, supportive team that encourages creativity, experimentation, and learning.
