Position Overview This organization is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to lead the development of analytical solutions across various departments including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a variety of dashboards and reports, ensuring rigorous analytical standards and compelling visual design.
Design analytics pipelines that transform comprehensive data into actionable strategies for multiple departments.
Facilitate training sessions for associates on analytics tools and dashboards to empower independent data analysis.
Analyze complex business challenges to craft and define quantitative solutions, aiding informed decision-making.
Ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of data assets within the organization.
Address ad-hoc research requests and distill insights to assist business leaders and stakeholders in strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in analytical roles, emphasizing quantitative analysis and dashboard expertise.
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with the capability to mentor others in these tools.
Exposure to diverse analytical areas such as revenue management, assortment optimization, or digital performance enhancement.
Exceptional communication skills and a talent for producing effective visual data presentations.
Self-motivated with the ability to navigate uncertainty.
