About the role The role entails full responsibility for driving Power revenue growth in the North territory, offering technical support to colleagues, staying current with energy and power innovations, and maintaining strong relationships with rehire partners.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be specifically responsible for:
Building strong quality value adding relationships with Power customer base
Providing technical power solutions to customer project specifications
Growing sustainable power source solutions and develop new business in the North sales territory.
Working closely with depot network and internal Service Centre colleagues
Continuous personal development on product and application knowledge
Contributing to and working with SLD data systems especially CRM system
Managing commercials to ensure order profitability
Increasing the level of awareness of customers of SLD Pumps & Power and associated companies within the region;
Providing reports on customer enquiries, hires and sales in the designated area.
Assisting in the collection of payments due for services provided in the designated area.
To be successful in the role you should have:
Technical experience in specifying diesel generator and ancillaries
Fully capability on Microsoft office software
UK driving license
Great communication and negotiation skills
Customer focus and result-driven attitude

Base salary + 20% SIP
