About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our Chelmsford sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, driving performance, and contributing to wider business strategy.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, supporting client campaigns, and developing team members through training, coaching, and performance management. You will work closely with senior leadership to support growth objectives and ensure high standards across all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations
Coach, train, and develop sales team members
Set clear performance expectations and support target achievement
Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Maintain strong client and campaign standards
