OTE £70,000+ is absolutely achievable if you put the work in. All appointments are hot leads - no door knocking or chasing dead ends. Fully expensed company van & fuel card - drive straight from home to your appointments. 22 days holiday for well-earned downtime. The Role Attend 4-5 pre-booked daily appointments (45-60 minutes each). Carry out free consultations - inspect systems, suggest solutions, and close the sale. Hand over completed sales to the installations team to deliver. Work Monday-Friday (no weekends!). What We're Looking For Money-motivated and hungry to earn. Confident, engaging, and resilient - able to bounce back from a tough day. Personable and down-to-earth - can chat easily about family, pets, or football, and still close the deal.
