About
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation Use Microsoft Power Automate and other Office 365 tools to improve business processes Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Excel and other analytical tools Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and HR teams to streamline cross-departmental processes Support data integrations and EDI transactions between systems and external partners Document workflows, process maps, and system diagrams Maintain databases, monitor data accuracy, and assist with troubleshooting and reporting Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field is required Strong technical skills are required 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data modeling) Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Office 365 is required EDI and database experience preferred Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio is a plus Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Join our team and help us cool the world
