Job Description Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As Sales Support for Cosmetics you will provide sales and business development support alongside administration.
Main Duties
To oversee the management of the external sales mailboxes to ensure enquiries are allocated, responded to and followed up by the relevant member of the sales team.
To personally respond to assigned incoming sales enquiries and convert these enquiries into invoiced business.
To support the cosmetics sales and accounts team on actions that will assist the conversion of more business opportunities, such as quote generation and general administrative duties.
To support with specific sales activities, campaigns and events exhibition activities.
Liaise with Eurofins intercompany partners to establish and confirm schedules and test options.
Provide support for new client onboarding, the creation of proposals and the raising of quotations.
Provide support and coordination of the completion of client specific requests including NDAs, supplier documentation requests.
Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with problems as they arise.
Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales and management teams.
Update all account and contact information for customers using CRM and ensure data is routinely checked for completeness.
Provide support for the wider team in ongoing CRM updates and maintenance.
Assist the sales team in follow ups with clients as requested for work confirmations, paperwork and test details.
Provide support on website maintenance and social media posting.
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role B2B in a service provider context.
Computer literate.
Effective communication skills both written and oral.
High level of attention to detail.
To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.
To be a self-starter and manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
