Key Responsibilities
Proactive member of the Maintenance team, ensuring contract works are delivered and closed consistently
Committed to continuous self-development and keeping up with modern practices and technology
Acts as a key customer interface, ensuring contract requirements and performance measures are understood and met
Ensures full Health & Safety compliance, Safe Systems of Work, and adherence to company policy
Responsible for cost control within assigned works
Works closely with central scheduling to drive efficiency, KPIs, and SLAs
Reviews, reports on, and improves performance across PPM and reactive tasks
Builds strong customer relationships, gathers feedback, and attends site meetings as required
Manages and costs small works and can deputise for the Supervisor when needed
Provides 24-hour call-out cover and submits accurate weekly timesheets
Promotes a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and effective stakeholder engagement
