Are you highly organized, customer-focused and ready to join a tight-knit team? Toolfix Services is looking for a
Sales Administrator
to support our sales operations, with a strong emphasis on
processing orders , handling
customer enquiries , and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
As a key part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping to deliver great service, accurate order processing, and fast responses. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to keep our systems and customers happy.
What You’ll Do
Process customer orders received via
email, phone and web , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally, over the
phone and email .
Input orders into our systems and track progress to fulfilment.
Chase couriers and carriers
for delivery updates and action where needed.
Manage web-based orders and maintain accurate records.
Work with our team to resolve problems, provide updates and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain clear and up-to-date order information and help improve processes.
