Market creation and customer acquisition
High-value partnerships with global luxury and consumer brands
Commercialisation from innovation through to scale
Global marketing and brand positioning
Key Responsibilities
Deliver commercial growth and revenue
Build and lead the commercial function
Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and CRM systems
Represent the business at industry and client events across Europe
Ensure customer insight informs product and innovation
Experience required
B2B sales in materials, pigments, dyes, polymers, textiles, beauty, packaging or adjacent sectors
Track record introducing new technology to global brands
Capability to build structure in a scaling environment
Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
European language skills (French/Italian/German) advantageous
