About
Developing and improving the framework quality management plan to meet the evolving needs of multiple frameworks. Ensuring compliance with the Framework Management Quality Plan. Supporting teams with quality-related documentation (PQP, ITP, QC Sheets). Managing Non Conformance Reporting and extracting data for analysis. Maintaining the framework quality dashboard and collating data to analyse trends and root causes. Assisting with audits, site surveillances, and compliance processes. Supporting the completion of project documentation, health & safety files, and engineering compliance certification. Coordinating document distribution to clients, stakeholders, and approval bodies. Qualifications & Experience
Experience in quality assurance or a similar role within civil engineering or construction. Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage documentation, analyse data, and support audits. Familiarity with frameworks such as PQP, ITP, and QC Sheets is desirable. Experience with multiple document systems including Procore, ProjectWise, and AssetWise. About You
