About
Responsibilities
Testing and diagnosing customer products to company and industry standards
Supporting external customers with technical queries in a timely manner
Reporting work status to Production Test leadership
Maintaining accurate test data sets
Carrying out fault diagnosis to component level
Programming devices to customer specifications
Providing mentor-type support to less experienced / skilled team members
Supporting Team Leaders and Department Managers with technical expertise
Requirements
Minimum HNC in Electronics Engineering (Preferred Electronics Degree min 2:1)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving electronics manufacturing environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to read and interpret customer drawings and schematics
Ability to identify components
Demonstrates proactive approach
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible and proactive approach
Good communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to mentor
Excellent diagnostic skills
