About the role
We’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to build a new, design-led mobile application for iOS and Android.
The app is fully designed in Figma and supported by clear user flows, screen definitions, and admin processes. Your role will be to take these designs and specifications and deliver a production-ready mobile app, from development through to App Store and Play Store release.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.
What you’ll be working on
A cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
Admin-driven workflows and internal review tools
Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
App Store and Google Play deployment
Tech expectations
.NET MAUI strongly preferred
(Equivalent cross-platform frameworks considered if well justified.)
Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management
We’re comfortable with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Base44, Copilot, etc.) where they improve delivery speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
Implement automated testing strategies to ensure application stability and performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends, frameworks, and platforms.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a strong portfolio of published apps.
In-depth knowledge of Swift/Objective-C for iOS development and Kotlin/Java for Android development.
Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a significant advantage.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile data storage solutions.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
A keen eye for UI/UX design and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
