The Role We’re recruiting a Scrum Business Analyst to support the development of new and existing services in our Service Enablement function. This role offers you the chance to build your skills and grow into a subject‑matter expert in a key growth area.
Key Accountabilities
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies to maintain team momentum and agile discipline
Maintaining, prioritising, and refining the product backlog
Conducting acceptance testing
Preparing solutions documentation to support implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer
Acting as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Assisting Delivery Management with roadmap updates, timeline tracking, and communication across Technology, Strategy, and Operations teams
Analysing defect reports, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements to the team
Working with other business units to deliver integrated business solutions
Monitoring performance metrics to support the achievement of operational KPIs
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile Scrum development squads
Hands‑on experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and system modelling tools (e.g., Visio)
Proven ability to define, refine, and prioritise backlog items effectively
Technical aptitude and experience working with development teams to create developer‑ready stories
Strong decision‑making skills with ability to resolve complex problems independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Organised and detail‑oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
