This position is ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven sales exec with a strong network of UK independent agencies and specialist Managed Service Providers.
You know how to interpret client challenges, and can credibly demonstrate the impact of data-led solutions for these fast-moving partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Demonstrable sales record : evidence of exceeding sales targets across both new and existing accounts
UK-Focused Agency and MSP Growth : Own and grow a targeted book of UK-based Independent Agencies and MSPs, demonstrating and delivering IAS’s data-driven solutions.
Consistent Sales Excellence : Exceed UK revenue and growth targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic new business development within the independent agency and MSP community
Consultative Solution Selling : Uncover both business and operational needs, tailoring IAS’s solutions to align with client goals. Be comfortable working with data to support and inform your pitches and sales narrative
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IAS’s internal UK and global x-functional teams across product, technical account management, and customer success to deliver outstanding results and actionable insights for independent
Act as a thought leader and advisor, demonstrating best practices and continuous value to clients.
Provide the ‘voice of the customer’ to IAS stakeholders to inform product development and improvements
Get to work with some of the smartest and most collaborative people within the advertising industry!
You should apply if you have most of this experience :
5+ years selling programmatic or social solutions to agencies either as a DSP / SSP or ad tech vendor
Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, 3rd Party Data / Verification / Optimisation)
Excellent written communications skills
Excellent listening and presentation skills
