In this role, you’ll help design and deliver decision automation solutions for enterprise clients across sectors such as banking, insurance, and healthcare. The role will act as both a business analyst and solution builder, analysing complex business logic, designing knowledge models, and delivering scalable AI‑powered solutions that replicate decision‑making. It would suit someone from a consultancy background. The role is based in London, with hybrid working options. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of knowledge‑based automation systems — from requirements gathering to production deployment. Design and build reasoning models and associated workflows using low‑code and AI‑based platforms. Conduct workshops and interviews to extract and structure decision logic from domain experts. Create robust, maintainable knowledge graphs with strong governance, documentation, and traceability. Contribute to platform development and internal process innovation by creating reusable components and improving best practices. Required Experience
Hands‑on experience building Knowledge Graphs. Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, or implementation roles with direct client interaction. Experience in enterprise software delivery or digital transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including debugging complex logic. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt‑engineering principles. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience
Familiarity with JSON, XML, or other structured data formats. Experience with rules engines, decision management systems, or low‑code/BPM tools. Understanding of knowledge representation, logic, or semantic technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL). Awareness of machine learning and how probabilistic and deterministic reasoning can complement each other. Domain experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Degree in a logic‑ or analytics‑oriented discipline such as Cognitive Science, AI, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
