Duties
Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) and cross‑functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively.
Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
Constantly review and monitor all Ops metrics to avoid any data integrity issues and proactively inform about changes.
Dive deep into the data and communicate findings to various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media.
Create and promote effective self‑service analytics infrastructure for your areas.
Develop user‑friendly dashboards and high‑quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making.
Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, to create clean data structures and KPIs for your product areas.
Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a data analytics team.
Hands‑on experience in Looker.
Proficiency in SQL.
Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority.

You have experience with DBT, Snowflake, and LookML.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or an equivalent field.

You are proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements and collaborating with multiple teams across the company.
You know when to go deep on a task and when to execute.
