The Job
Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce platforms) using APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code, adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Assist in data migration activities and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
You
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including version control (Git) and deployment processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Skills
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with CRM.
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
