Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
Produce accurate 2D fabrication and assembly drawings.
Review and prepare drawing documentation.
Develop technical documentation in line with departmental procedures.
Provide technical support internally and externally.
Maintain internal record systems and drawing logs.
Conduct site visits and surveys for new projects.
Candidate Profile & Benefits
Proven experience in Mechanical Engineering (Degree, HNC, A-Level, or equivalent).
Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modelling and drawing.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to commute (Full UK driving licence preferred).
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with AutoCAD/Draftsight.
Understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, steel fabrication).
Experience with industrial pipework (flanges, fittings).
Ability to survey and measure accurately.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:30pm Fridays).
21 days holiday + statutory bank holidays (additional days with service).
