Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile
UX Designer / Full Stack Frontend Developer
to join our core development team. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery, including both development and support projects within critical business environments. Long‑term visibility and production as well as post‑production support are central to this position.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in
UX design ,
Liferay Frontend ,
ReactJS , and
PowerApps , with a proven ability to design and deliver user‑centric solutions across on‑premises and cloud‑based platforms. Prior experience in the utilities industry is highly desirable.
Primary Skills
Low‑Code Development:

UX Design:
Ability to create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for seamless user experiences
Full Stack Development:
Ability to work across frontend and backend components
Integration & Performance:
Experience building reusable components and optimizing application performance
Key Responsibilities
Create and refine
UX mockups and prototypes
aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance frontend applications using
Liferay ,
ReactJS , and
PowerApps
across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces.
Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design patterns to enhance maintainability and efficiency.
Provide
production and post‑production support , ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of deployed applications.
Work collaboratively with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and critical initiatives within the application portfolio.
Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in software development.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
