You will play a key role in designing innovative electrical and control systems across diverse projects, with opportunities to travel to site during various project phases (frequency dependent on project requirements).
The Role
Design and develop
electrical and control systems
using
EPlan Electric
and
EPlan Pro Panel
software (training available for strong AutoCAD users).
Produce comprehensive design documentation, including:
Title pages, revision overviews, explanatory documents, and safety evaluation reports
Layouts (machine/plant, bus network, electrical arrangements)
Multi-line and single-line diagrams, PLC overviews, terminal and cable diagrams
Parts lists, summarised reports, macros, and plot frames
Generate reports such as
BOMs, wire/cable labels, and device tag labels
using Excel.
Essential Skills & Experience
HND in Electrical Engineering
(or related field).
Strong understanding of
safety, regulatory, and quality standards
(HSE, ISO).
Proficiency in
EPlan Electric and Pro Panel
(or strong AutoCAD skills with willingness to learn EPlan).
Solid knowledge of
electrical and control components .
Ability to
read and interpret electrical drawings .
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and strong attention to detail.
Confident working
independently
as well as within a collaborative team.
Strong
communication skills .
