Salary:
Basic salary plus bonus with company car included.
Hours:
08:30 - 18:00, including a weekend rota.
Role Responsibilities
Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy, encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
Agree on price and payment methods, including advising on financing options, while working within company guidelines.
Ensure each delivery is followed up with a personal phone call to confirm customer satisfaction, maintaining contact to build relationships and future business.
Plan and organise daily sales activities, such as telephoning prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to generate new business.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless service to customers.
Participate positively in training and development opportunities to help the Group achieve its aims and objectives.
