About
We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in West Bromwich.
What’s the job? As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark you’ll be heavily involved in sales, helping customers find the right car, building relationships, and delivering a 5‑star service from the first greeting to the after‑sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service and go the extra mile for every customer.
Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Sell the appropriate sales package, including finance and servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
Co‑ordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and fulfil commitments.
Stay in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.
The Skills And Qualities You Need
Excellent communication, organisational and people skills.

A desire to build a lasting, fulfilling career.
A full driving licence held for at least one year.

On‑target earnings of £35,000–£40,000 with uncapped potential.
