The postholder takes the lead in delivering data analysis and business intelligence for the charity, supporting the data strategy as part of the data team. Job Summary The postholder leads data analysis and business intelligence efforts, including reporting, data standards, and translating business needs into visualizations using tools like Power BI. They ensure high-quality report production, provide insights to stakeholders, and support decision-making. About You You should have at least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, with skills in database interrogation, data visualization (preferably Power BI), and languages like SQL and Python. GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English are required. About the Role Work with stakeholders to develop analytical solutions and deliver insights via dashboards. Extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python. Create impactful reports for internal and external audiences.
