Are you a confident communicator who loves being on the road and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and champion a leading FMCG brand across North East London.
About the Role As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for visiting trade customers (primarily convenience stores) within your territory, promoting our brand, and driving product visibility and sales. This is a field‑based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys meeting new people every day.
Key Responsibilities
Visit convenience stores and independent retailers across North East London.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
Promote brand awareness and ensure product displays meet company standards.
Introduce new products, share promotional activity, and secure additional shelf space.
Collect feedback, report on store performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Meet daily / weekly targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in field sales or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
A positive, proactive attitude and passion for growing brands.
