Job Details Salary:
£25,000–35,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Location:
Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire, North West England (100% Office Based)
Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours:
Flexible within shift pattern: 1–9 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, 3 pm–11 pm Monday–Thursday and half day Friday. No weekends.

Responsibilities
Making Outbound Calls: Engage potential clients and introduce company services
Generating Leads: Identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Field Sales Team
Building Relationships: Develop rapport with prospective clients across multiple regions
Gathering Information: Record key details accurately during calls
Supporting Sales Activity: Help drive B2B sales and appointment setting
Using Microsoft Office: Maintain organised records and documentation
Working to Targets: Meet and exceed agreed performance goals
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or B2B sales
Confident making outbound calls and building rapport
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Motivated to exceed targets and work well within a small team
Resilient, positive and passionate about sales
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
