Responsibniltiies:
Support and develop
Intelligence tools, processes, and materials .
Perform
analysis
of internal and external data to
generate insights
into the performance of Binding Authority contracts.
Deliver and present
data-driven insights
to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Contribute to
global Business Development strategy
and client engagement.
Role sits within the
Risk Solutions
team supporting Account Executives and Account Managers.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
3 years +
in Insurance, either within broking or underwriting roles, knowledge of Binding Authorities essential, including end to end process and good understanding of bdx.
Advanced
MS
Excel (including Power Query), MS PowerPoint, MS Word
skills.
Strong BI / visualisation tools:
Power BI and Excel .
SQL and relational database
knowledge.
Python programming
skills an advantage.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work with
minimal supervision
and under
strict timeframes .
Comfortable engaging with
peers, managers, and senior stakeholders .
Interest in
AI
and latest
reporting technologies / capabilities
to streamline and enhance processes.
Open to feedback
and committed to
continuous improvement .
This is a hybrid role blending
data analytics, account management, business intelligence, and client engagement . It’s not just about crunching numbers — it’s about turning data into insights that directly influence underwriting strategy, client relationships, and leads to business development.

Interview Process:

If successful, you will generally be invited to engage in a 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager and selected team members, via teams or in person. This is your chance to voice your thoughts on the role and we will outline our expectations and ensure this role aligns with your ambitions for the future.
Depending on the role, you may be invited to attend a second stage interview with further members of the team.
