What You’ll Do
Contractor Onboarding – validate details, conduct right‑to‑work checks, issue contracts and manage reference & vetting
Data & Reporting – maintain precise records, complete monthly audits and MI reporting
Support Delivery – approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
Stakeholder Support – act as the first point of contact for compliance queries and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
Proven administration/coordination experience in recruitment or sales environment
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem‑solving mindset and commitment to compliance excellence
