Uxbridge Office – Hybrid: 2 days a week Working hours: 37.5h/week Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all internal and external client queries to optimise sales activities and deliver exceptional service. Collaborate across departments to ensure client requests are processed within relevant timescales. Ensure the sales teams comply with Insight’s policies and procedures. Communicate directly with Insight’s distributors, chasing and following up items to ship client orders in line with requirements. Manage internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts, quote generation and conversion of maintenance renewals. Actively manage tickets raised, escalating when appropriate and updating information consistently. Maintain online catalogues, ensuring pricing and parts are accurate for client visibility. Occasionally contribute data to sales pitches, requests for information and proposals under guidance of the Inside Account Manager or Executive Account Manager. Qualifications
Experience working within a high‑performing, fast‑paced target‑driven team. A relevant professional business administration qualification, accreditation or certification. High level of written and spoken English. Confident, outward‑looking, proactive communicator. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and prior experience using administration and ordering systems such as CRM. Excellent time‑management skills, ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines, with general IT product knowledge of current information technologies. Articulate, numerate and able to communicate well at all levels within the organisation and with external clients, with experience in a globally diverse environment and a keen interest in equality, diversity and inclusion.
