Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
Strong awareness of financial compliance
Full UK driving licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great stakeholder management skills
Analytical approach to problem solving
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
Conduct reviews of both new and used car operations, including stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
Ensure AMG, legislative and FCA compliance, including auditing deal files per requirements
Deliver high customer service experience across all departments
Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet deadlines
