Because our Fused service is for students, this role comes with an element of seasonality. As students typically move in over the summer, expect to be working with customers who are looking for 2026 accommodation now, and be ready for the excitement and bustle of the summer months.
What you’ll be doing You’ll be selling our product to student customers and ensuring they nab the best package for them. You may be working within our new sales or Renewals team.
New Sales
- you will make outbound calls to customers who have visited our website and created a quote so they have a basic understanding of what we do but haven’t necessarily requested a call back. You will be calling those customers to sell the benefits of Fused, handle any objections and ultimately aim to get them signed up to a package with us.
Renewals
- you will be reaching out to current customers whose contracts are due for renewal, so your aim will be to call and retain that customer for a further 12 months. You’ll do this through explaining the key benefits of their current package and objection handling where needed to keep those customers with us!
This job requires resilience and positivity as some days you’ll face a lot of no answers and objections but you’ll use your charm to engage the customer in conversation and explain the benefits of allowing us to take care of all their utility bills.
You will be working towards conversion and revenue targets and an uncapped commission structure in return!

The working hours for this role are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday with 1 in every 4 Saturdays. Saturdays are 9am-5pm. This is a fully office based role.
