Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week Up to £34,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Responsibilities
Support our sales colleagues to build deep product knowledge and be confident to sell.
Use customer insights and performance data to spot opportunities and respond at pace.
Build strong local customer relationships, with a focus on Tradespeople.
What We Need
You enjoy observing, listening and communicating ways to continuously improve and celebrate success.
Are comfortable having meaningful discussions about performance.
Are at your best building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Like to be well planned and organised and thrive in being agile with your plans when needed.
Possess natural analytical rigour and can spot opportunities to increase sales.
