We are hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to be the first dedicated hire supporting our sales organisation, working alongside our Chief Lending Officer and reporting into our Director of Lending Strategy. This role will be a hands‑on individual contributor who bridges sales, product, and operations, ensuring that our originators and support teams have the tools, training, and data to succeed. The role combines Sales Operations (CRM adoption, process design, data quality) with Sales Enablement (onboarding, training materials, playbooks). You’ll work across both the UK and US sales teams, ensuring consistency and accelerating ramp‑up as we scale. What You’ll Do:
Drive adoption of and lead best practice in use of CRM – automations, workflows, dataaccuracyand integrity Develop andmaintainCRMdashboardsand reports for various stakeholder groups – supporting on sales tracking and pipeline management Analyse sales data from Salesforce and the end‑to‑end tech stack to drive insights and provide recommendations around sales processes, and track the impact of these initiatives against key sales metrics Drive feedback loops between sales, market, product, and tech to drive improved performance in the system, and of the end‑to‑end sales process Deliver comprehensive enablement programs – onboarding new starters, building scalable playbooks, developing an ongoing learning program to drive improvement across teams and reduced time to ramp What We’re Looking For:
A track recordof delivering improved sales performance, with prior experience in eitherSales Operations, Sales Enablement, orRevOpsroles Proventrack recordof CRM adoption and process rollout, ideally with Salesforce. Experience building onboarding programs, training content, and playbooks. Strong analytical skills — confident with Excel/Sheets and Salesforce reporting. Excellent communicator who can influence and coach sales teams. Hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a scaling business with ambiguity. Financial services, fintech, or lending background a plus (but not mandatory). Traits That Will Help You Succeed:
