About

Senior Technical Pre‑sales Consultant Manchester (Hybrid)
Up to £70,000, dependent on experience.
Street Group is one of the fastest‑growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world‑class technology.
We are now looking for a Senior Technical Pre‑Sales Consultant to join our incredible sales team to serve as the technical backbone for the wider sales organisation, and especially supporting our enterprise and strategic sales teams.
As a Senior Technical Pre‑Sales Consultant, you'll help win complex deals, de‑risk migrations, and raise the technical bar across Sales. You'll spend most of your time supporting high‑value, multi‑stakeholder opportunities while also enabling SMB reps through high‑quality demos, onboarding support, and technical guidance. This is a customer‑facing, commercially aligned role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Onboarding.
If you're looking for a high‑ownership role with visibility across Sales, Product, and Leadership that will enable you to work directly with the VP of Sales and Strategic AEs on high‑impact deals and to influence how enterprise customers are sold, onboarded, and supported, we'd love to hear from you!
A Bit About You
You have previous experience in a Senior Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Consultant role within B2B SaaS
You've worked in enterprise or complex mid‑market sales cycles
You have a strong technical understanding of SaaS products
You are comfortable operating alongside senior sales leaders and enterprise AEs
You're able to balance technical depth with commercial pragmatism
You're a clear communicator who can translate complexity into confidence for customers
What You’ll Be Working On
Enterprise & strategic deal support: partnering with Strategic and Enterprise AEs to lead technically complex sales cycles, including deep‑dive demos and multi‑stakeholder technical discussions.
Technical solution design: mapping and documenting end‑to‑end customer workflows across CRM, data, and integrations, advising on optimal implementation and onboarding approaches.
Pre‑contract validation & risk management: owning pre‑contract technical validation for complex or migration‑sensitive deals, identifying risks early and ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Sales cycle technical authority: acting as the final technical checkpoint on non‑standard or high‑risk deals, protecting customer experience, delivery outcomes, and revenue quality.
Sales enablement & SMB support: supporting SMB sales through high‑quality demo delivery, onboarding of new starters, objection handling, and standardisation of technical messaging.
Cross‑functional collaboration: serving as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Onboarding by feeding customer insights into Product, preparing teams for complex implementations, and improving internal documentation.
