Sales Manager Ireland – Environment Products and Services Ltd Location:
Ireland (Hybrid Role with some days of the week in Newry office) Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (Full-time role) Salary:
£40,000.00 per annum (plus commission and incentives on target sales of £100,000+ per month) Benefits Package:

Is a global leader in sustainable Fats, Oils and Grease management and food waste solutions, including GreaseShield – The Grease Management Solution, Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Develop and manage distributor relationships around Ireland, building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business. Generate leads via cold call/email to introduce company products/services and schedule meetings. Prepare and deliver persuasive tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers and partners. Negotiate and close sales to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market conditions, key industry and regional trends for company growth and differentiation. Stay informed on market conditions and regulatory developments relevant to our products. Key Requirements
Experience within the commercial design sectors. Proven track record of success in sales and distributor management, preferably in Commercial kitchens. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-led environment. Willingness to travel regularly around Ireland. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, including Salesforce. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Desirable: Working knowledge of AutoCAD. How to Apply
