Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Chapman Tate Associates is working with a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Burnley, seeking a talented professional to join their growing team.
What you’ll do:
Provide exceptional 2nd and 3rd line support across a range of technologies.
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions for diverse client environments.
Work closely with clients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
Strong background in IT support within MSP or similar environments.
Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and virtualization.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
