This role is based in Northampton with commutable locations across the Midlands, including Bedford, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Coventry, Rugby, Leicester, Peterborough, Luton, Wellingborough, Rushden, Corby, Kettering, and Market Harborough.
The position offers a basic salary of £37,500 plus an uncapped commission structure with an expected first‑year on‑target earnings (OTE) of £50,000+, growing to £75,000+ by year four.

Responsibilities
Work with digital marketing and internal sales to generate leads
Develop relationships with existing, legacy, and dormant customers
Identify and build relationships with key decision makers in FMCG companies (food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics)
Arrange and participate in multiple weekly customer visits, with one administration day in the office per week
Report via the Salesforce CRM system and create your own sales reports
Maintain a fully booked, daily sales diary and manage your sales activities independently
Qualifications
Experienced in B2B sales – internal, external, telesales, or business development acceptable
Self‑motivation and ability to drive success independently or within a team
Strong relationship‑building skills with engineering, technical, health‑and‑safety, and procurement decision makers
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers 3–4 days per week
Relevant experience in product, hardware, or equipment sales is an advantage, especially sales into manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environments
