JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client based in St Helens WA9
This position is temporary to permanent after completion of 12 weeks
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm (Friday 3.30pm Finish)
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Location: WA9
The Role:
Answering incoming calls
Processing customer orders via phone and email
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Liaising with customers to provide updates and assistance
General office duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous office, administrative experience preferred
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Proficient with computers and data entry systems
Friendly, proactive and able to work independently
