Responsibilities
Lead a small team to create compelling, insight‑driven multimedia content that positions Control Risks as the leading global security and strategic intelligence firm.
Work closely with marketing teams, consultants, and subject matter experts to turn varied offerings into accessible, engaging content that resonates with senior decision‑makers and executive leaders worldwide.
Oversee the full content lifecycle – from ideation and execution through to publication and performance analysis.
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs; collaborate in the development of marketing campaigns and deliver an effective, efficient service to the business.
Optimise content for digital channels, applying SEO best practices and using analytics to measure performance and inform content decisions.

Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in content management, creation, and editing, ideally within international professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, able to convey complex concepts without losing nuance or credibility; experience in professional standard video and podcast production is essential.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities across time zones and deadlines.
Experience with production processes and workflow, including use of digital asset and content management platforms.
A solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO fundamentals, and digital analytics.
Familiarity with the business services or consulting sector is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Evidence of postgraduate, in‑role training, or relevant professional qualifications.
Benefits
Competitive compensation and benefits package summarized in the full job offer.
A discretionary global bonus scheme that incentivises and rewards individuals based on company and individual performance.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age or veteran status.
If you require any reasonable adjustments to be made in order to participate fully in the interview process, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
