What You’ll Do: SEON is hiring a Digital Campaign Manager dedicated to the Betting & Gaming industry. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across all digital markets, spanning PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and content all tailored to operators, sportsbooks, social casinos, and gaming platforms.
You will represent Digital Marketing in campaign kick‑offs, translate operator intent into content direction, lead localization across markets, embed Agile practices, and build the digital GTM model for Betting & Gaming end‑to‑end.
Integrated Betting & Gaming Campaign Planning Own and build integrated digital GTM plans for Betting & Gaming operators and platforms.
Develop operator‑focused campaign briefs, messaging, and keyword clusters tied to fraud, AML, onboarding, and risk.
Represent Digital Marketing in campaign kick‑offs and cross‑functional alignment to ensure unified execution.
Keyword‑Intent & Reverse‑Funnel Content Direction Translate Betting & Gaming search intent into BOFU → MOFU content priorities.
Create and guide content briefs aligned to operator needs (fraud, AML, KYC, bonus abuse, player risk).
Shape conversion‑focused landing page and CRO recommendations to improve operator acquisition.
Coordinate channel sequencing across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and content.
Own and maintain the Betting & Gaming digital marketing calendar.
Ensure agencies execute against a unified B&G strategy and operator messaging.
Performance Analysis & Optimization Consolidate cross‑channel performance reporting for Betting & Gaming campaigns.
Identify high‑impact optimization opportunities across messaging, landing pages, and channel mix.
Lead post‑campaign reviews and insight sharing to drive continuous improvement.
Support the Shift to Agile Marketing Work in sprint‑based cycles with clear priorities and deliverables.
Help embed Agile marketing rituals (planning, stand‑ups, retros) to improve execution speed.
What You’ll Bring 5–8 years in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or campaign management.
Experience in the Betting & Gaming industry; understands operator terminology, player funnels, compliance needs, fraud/AML language.
Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns across PPC, SEO, and Paid Social.
Strong understanding of operator search intent and funnel strategy.
Experience writing and absorbing content briefs.
Ability to localize campaigns across regulated and non‑regulated markets.
PPC ad copywriting, SEO content direction, and CRO best practices.
AI tool usage for faster SEO/PPC content workflows.
Ability to interpret performance and provide insights.
Commercial mindset with awareness of operator acquisition and revenue drivers.
Experience in SaaS or startup/scale‑up environments.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
