Due to the exponential growth and diversification of our business, we are seeking a driven, creative and capable Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing division! Responsibilities
Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn etc) Create, schedule, and post content including reels, stories, and highlights Design simple graphics and videos using Canva or similar tools Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and grow online community Copywriting – Crafting compelling, concise messages tailored to different platforms and audiences Campaign strategy – Planning and coordinating social media campaigns that align with brand goals Performance analytics – Interpreting engagement metrics to refine content and boost results Collaboration – Work with marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall strategies Track analytics and provide performance reports Contribute to campaign ideas and promotions Qualifications
Experience in social media or digital marketing Confident communicator with a creative flair Skilled in Canva or similar tools Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement Platform expertise – Understanding how major platforms operate – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc. Trend identification – Identifying emerging trends to ensure our content is relevant and competitive Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
