A well-established B2B events organisation is seeking a driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a high-performing commercial team and play a key role in generating sponsorship revenue across an international portfolio of conferences.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll work across multiple events throughout the year, growing revenue from existing partners while proactively identifying and securing new business. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who’s looking to build a long-term, successful career in sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, industry trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships, offering creative, commercially valuable solutions tailored to their needs.
Partner with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to support seamless event delivery and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sponsorship sales skills.
Maintain accurate forecasts, weekly reports, and a healthy sales pipeline.
Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through multiple outreach channels.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2+ years’ experience selling sponsorship within a B2B events environment.
Demonstrable success in selling sponsorship, services, advertising, tech, or media in a B2B setting.
Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to progress your career.
Familiarity with structured sales processes (formal training beneficial but not required).
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
Committed to personal development and continuous improvement.
