About the Role As a
Sales Manager , you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and business development skills to identify new opportunities, develop key client relationships, and maximise accounts. Your efforts will position the company as the partner of choice for complex visual projects, working closely with creative, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on market penetration and profitability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and key accounts within the UK and internationally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across diverse industries.
Lead and support a high-performing sales team, implementing effective CRM and sales processes.
Utilise market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Support revenue forecasting, pipeline development, and sales reporting.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the design, print, signage, or visual communications industries.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and generate substantial revenue growth, particularly with large corporate or public sector clients.
Strong understanding of large format printing, signage manufacturing, and project sales.
Demonstrable leadership experience with managing and developing successful sales teams.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the UK; holding a full UK driving license.
