Regional Sales Manager – North
to take charge of our high-performing account management and sales administration teams. Reporting directly to the
Sales Director – North , you’ll be at the heart of our regional strategy, shaping performance, culture, and growth. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to hit revenue and gross profit targets. Drive pipeline health through weekly forecasting, deal reviews, and strategic planning. Deliver impactful team meetings, monthly 1:1s, and KPI reviews to support development and reduce attrition. Manage a small portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and commercial success. Champion onboarding and training for new hires, fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate across departments—from Service to Solutions—to align priorities and accelerate deal progression. Represent the region in QSRs, Blueprint sessions, and internal training initiatives. Step in as acting Sales Director when needed, ensuring continuity and leadership. What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership in IT services or MSP sales environments. A track record of exceeding revenue targets through structured performance management. Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cloud, Microsoft 365, security, and support solutions. Confidence in stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making. Organised, people-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales culture. What You’ll Get
