About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help lead the brand’s presence across social, with TikTok as the core focus. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and performance owning content that entertains, converts, and builds community.
You’ll be working in a highly collaborative, energetic environment where ideas are encouraged, experimentation is expected, and speed matters. This is a chance to have real impact inside a brand that’s scaling quickly and thinking big.
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a social strategy that drives growth, engagement, and cultural relevance with TikTok front and centre.
You’ll translate brand identity into scroll-stopping content, lean into trends early, and use data to refine what works. From reactive TikToks to planned campaigns, you’ll know how to balance creativity with performance.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
Lead the creation of short-form video content designed to drive engagement, virality, and conversion.
Identify, test, and capitalise on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator styles in real time.
Build a strong, authentic brand voice that resonates with a global audience.
Content Creation & Execution
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish TikTok-first content (organic and paid).
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Ensure content is optimised for platform best practices and audience behaviour.
Maintain consistency across all social touch points while keeping content fresh and culturally relevant.
Performance & Growth
Track content performance, analyse results, and use insights to optimise future content.
Work closely with paid teams to inform ad creative through organic learnings.
Support social commerce and e-commerce initiatives through high-performing content.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Test new tools, workflows, and creative approaches — including AI-assisted content creation.
Continuously push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand goals.
About You
3+ years’ experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally within beauty, fashion, or a fast-growth DTC environment.
Deep understanding of TikTok — trends, algorithms, creator culture, and what actually performs.
Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for social platforms.
Strong eye for content, pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.
Comfortable using analytics to inform creative decisions.
Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and pitch ideas clearly.
Experience working with creators or influencer content is a plus.
