Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Brand
Mode Search are collaborating with a global luxury womenswear brand in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their London headquarters. This is a newly created, stand‑alone position and a pivotal hire for the business. Operating without a team and reporting directly to the Director of Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s CRM and social media strategy, playing a core strategic role in shaping customer engagement, communication, and digital growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly strategic digital marketeer to join a creative, fast‑paced environment and influence the digital foundations of a rapidly expanding luxury brand. Role
Partner with the Director of Communications to develop and refine the brand’s CRM and social media strategy Own the end‑to‑end management of all CRM workflows, segmentation, data integrity, and customer lifecycle planning Develop and execute a compelling email content programme tailored to customer segments and brand objectives Lead the brand’s social media strategy across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistency of tone of voice and creative direction Manage the brand’s day‑to‑day presence on social platforms, ensuring high‑quality content execution Analyse performance metrics across CRM and social, providing strategic insights and recommendations Work cross‑functionally with creative, digital, and commercial partners to ensure alignment on messaging, customer insights, and content planning Benchmark competitor activity and monitor emerging behaviours, platforms, and innovations within the luxury digital space Act as the key digital guardian for CRM and social, ensuring excellence in execution and strategic progression across all touchpoints Requirements
Strong background in digital marketing within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or design‑led environments Expertise in CRM and social media management — this role is focused solely on these two pillars Proven strategic capability: able to build frameworks, plans, and customer pathways independently Experience working in a stand‑alone capacity or in lean teams, with confidence in making informed decisions Meticulous attention to detail, organisational excellence, and strong analytical ability Advanced understanding of CRM tools, social analytics, segmentation, and digital customer behaviour Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly Cultural curiosity and interest in luxury, design, fashion, and contemporary culture Location: London (Head Office, hybrid) Reports to: Director of Communications Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Marketing Industries: Staffing and Recruiting
