Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Gasper.co . This role is for a creator who lives and breathes social trends, capable of producing high-energy UGC content for ads and organic feeds while building a thriving community around our jewelry brand.
Key Requirements:
Content Creation (UGC Focus):
Lead the strategy and hands‑on execution of "User Generated Content" style videos and photos for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
Social Media Planning:
Design and curate a visually striking, cohesive brand aesthetic for our Instagram and TikTok feeds.
Community Management:
Proactively interact with our community—responding to comments, engaging with followers, and driving brand loyalty.
Performance Creative:
Plan and execute content specifically designed to drive conversions in paid ads, utilizing current social trends.
Creative Direction:
Develop briefs and concepts for new product launches, ensuring a consistent brand story across all channels.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in video editing (e.g., CapCut) and a strong understanding of mobile photography/lighting for social media.
Experience:
1–2 years in social media management or content creation, preferably within the DTC jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle space.
