What You’ll Be Doing As Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering imaginative, strategically aligned design solutions across a wide range of projects.
Developing creative concepts that deliver compelling, memorable user experiences across digital and live spaces
Translating ideas into elegant design executions including UX/UI, motion graphics, print, and physical environments
Conducting proactive research into design trends, user behaviour, technology and innovation to inform creative solutions
Bringing fresh perspectives and insights to projects, pitches and proposals
Presenting ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams, partners and clients
Supporting the Creative Director on the creative development of pitches and proposals
Collaborating with creative and production teams to create artwork, templates and graphic guidelines in line with brand standards
Producing branding and wayfinding “customer journey” documentation for specific activations
Ensuring all creative assets are delivered to plan, on time and to the highest quality
Continuously improving creative output by learning from feedback and past work
Delivering excellent internal and external customer service while demonstrating Nteractive’s values at all times
What You Will Bring You’re passionate about design, highly motivated, and committed to producing outstanding creative work.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
At least 2 years’ experience in a creative, events or agency-style environment
A solid understanding of how design, storytelling and concepts translate into live spaces and moving image
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality creative and print‑ready artwork
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
A proactive, can‑do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
