We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role will be primarily remote with occasional onsite in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Build and optimize Salesforce automation using Flows (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled) Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch, and queueable jobs Write efficient SOQL queries and ensure performance best practices Customize and extend Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, and page layouts Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Omni-Channel, etc.) Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and asynchronous processing Ensure code quality through unit tests, maintaining required code coverage Participate in deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with: SOQL Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model Experience with Salesforce automation tools, especially Flows Experience building and consuming REST-based integrations Familiarity with Salesforce deployment methods (SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines)
