A growing client of ours are seeking a skilled Hardware Field Engineer to join their expanding team within a leading provider of workforce and control technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hardware, strong investigative abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and support services to customers across the UK. This position requires extensive travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays of up to five nights per week during larger installation projects. Installation : Fit and configure new access control systems and clocking devices. Maintenance : Service and maintain existing systems to ensure optimal performance. Repair : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults efficiently. Replacement : Identify and replace faulty components or devices when necessary. Technical Knowledge : Maintain a solid understanding of access control technologies and time-tracking systems. Troubleshooting : Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
